1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Cleanami, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Service Description

Cleanami is a phone storage and email cleanup tool that finds duplicate photos, similar images, clears screenshots, compresses videos, and cleans Gmail by category. All processing happens on your device — we do not store user data on our servers. Cleanami is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google or Gmail.

3. User Responsibilities & Conduct

• You are responsible for your own data. We recommend backing up important content before cleaning.
• You may only connect your own Gmail account and are responsible for any unsubscribe actions taken through the app.
• You agree not to use the app for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• You may not interfere with, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app without our written permission.

4. Third-Party Connections

Cleanami offers an optional connection to Gmail via Google OAuth. When connected, you grant Cleanami limited access to your Gmail account to read email categories and perform unsubscribes. You can revoke this access at any time at myaccount.google.com. Cleanami is not responsible for the content of unsubscribe links or third-party actions after unsubscription.

5. Intellectual Property

Cleanami is a product of Athenix Joint Stock Company. We own the app, including its software, design, and underlying technology. Data on your device belongs to you.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Some features require a Pro subscription. Subscriptions are managed through Google Play or the Apple App Store and may auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends. Refunds are subject to the platform's refund policies.

7. Plan Limits & Feature Availability

Cleanami may apply reasonable limits based on your plan (for example, number of photos processed or scan speed). Features may change over time.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Athenix Joint Stock Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
